Job Order Application

​Job order applications can only be made by an accredited employment agency or representative of the user company with the following required documents:

A.   Document:

1. Submission letter for document attestation
2. Demand Letter
3. Agrement Recruitment
4. Power of Attorney
5. A specimen of Employment Contract

​(all document should be attested by Qatar Chamber of Commerce & Industry and Ministry of Foreign Affairs State of Qatar)

B.   Attachment:

1. A copy of license (attested by Indonesian authorities)
2. A copy ID of Indonesian agency owner
3. A copy license of Qatar agency + copy CR
4. A copy QID of Qatar agency owner
5. A copy visa quota from Qatar Immigration
