We use three steps to recruit potential candidates
Recruitment on the spot
In Java and Sumatera, we have a staff of recruiters. Our marketing staff would knock on prospective employees’ doors at each office branch and discuss the benefits and opportunities of working abroad that would help them have a better future.
Promotional tools
We disseminate information using a variety of channels, including the internet. We are completely aware that social media is a powerful instrument for expanding our audience, particularly in Indonesia, where there are 175 million internet users, or 60% of the population. Based on the qualifications, our marketing team frequently updates the social media content for online recruitment reasons.
Work and school training institutions;
Our agency collaborates with hundreds of institutions that offer job training, creating the possibility to hire skilled workers. By hiring through these organizations, we make sure that every employee is qualified and equipped with the skills required to meet the job requirements, allowing them to work within their area of specialty.
Selecting candidates
The candidates are chosen by our agency’s human resources department based on market demands. Each employee is hired based on their skills and the needs of the client, and for workers with a particular skill set, we can administer a skill test in accordance with the client’s standard requirement. We will provide the clients with the profiles of a few qualified applicants when we have made our selection.
Interviewing the candidates
Interview techniques that can be modified to meet the needs of the employer. At the head office of Our Agency or another agreed-upon location, interviews can be held in person, over the phone, in a teleconference, or with other candidates.
After the hiring of foreign workers is complete, Our Agency keeps track of them and keeps in touch with them to make sure no problems emerge while they are working. If necessary, we also offer therapy sessions to employees. This is done in keeping with our promise to all parties concerned to offer professional services.
