1. Special Power of Attorney or Service/Recruitment Agreement.
2. Master Employment Contract with the minimum contract provision.
3. Demand Letter.

Recruiting 
We will make sure that the people chosen for employment abroad in all sectors of labor have: Good character and antecedents. adequate physical and mental health to perform the prescribed duties. the skills and training required to accomplish the professions for which they were chosen. Trade testing was carried out for this reason under the direction of our Technical division.
We will use headhunting, advertising, and seminars to find candidates who are not already in our pool of candidates.

Screening / Job Interview
Our screening practices are exhaustive, effective, and efficient. As we have frequently done in large numbers, recruiting staff presents problems, as we have learned from our significant experiences. Every candidate will go through an interview, a selection process, reference checks, and, if and when feasible, a skills test. We present each application to the client with assurance, allowing us to provide guarantees.

Medical Checks
Successful candidates must undergo medical examinations at a facility authorized by the government where the visa application is being made. The outcome of a medical examination performed by a medical facility that has received the necessary accreditation must be considered when choosing employees based on the Qualification Standard (QS). We will make sure that those who are chosen for the position undergo a basic medical examination, which must include a chest x-ray, blood pressure reading, EENT examination, urinalysis, complete blood count (CBC), stool test, psychological evaluation, as well as additional medical examinations, such as an HIV test, as per the employer’s defined medical protocol.

Contract Signature/ Documentation Process/ Visa Application
The Employer will hire the chosen employees pursuant to an Employment Contract (EC), which will be mutually agreed upon by the Employer and the employee. Within 10 days of the contract’s signing, we will complete the paperwork necessary for meeting immigration and government criteria and apply for a visa at the appropriate embassy.

Final Departure  Briefing
Selected employees will have a Final Departure Briefing, for which a certificate will be awarded. The briefing will provide chosen employees with a fundamental grasp of the employment contract, information on the profile of the host nation, and orientation on the values and attitudes required for successful working abroad.

Departure
We will give staff flight booking and/or departure advise as soon as we receive airline tickets or prepaid tickets.
